Remodel Customer

We wanted to give a ‘shout out’ and let people know that we were very impressed with the remodel that Lloyd’s remodeling and cabinetry recently did for us.

The work included:

-Raising a section of ceiling
-HVAC changes to accommodate a new kitchen design and other changes
-Plumbing
-Electrical including adding recessed lighting
-Painting the entire main floor
-Putting in engineered wood floors, staining and sealing it.
-Designing and completing a new kitchen with new countertops, backsplash, cabinets, outlets and lights, sink etc. Of special note is that the backsplash has a pattern and that pattern was bent around the two corners – outstanding detailing!
-Removing a section of dry wall and replacing it with better insulation

Lloyd’s staff  were always available in person at their business and were prompt to replay to text messages. The project manager was in touch with us either in person or by phone each work day. He was here each morning to ensure the work was completed right.

At the beginning of the project we were told that our project would take 8 weeks and we were given a schedule of what would be done at our house each day of the eight weeks — AND the project was completed ON TIME!

Lloyd’s does all interior remodeling, including finishing basements. We definitely recommend Lloyd’s and plan on using them for our next project.

Cabinets
