Lloyd’s is a phenomenal company to work with and I highly recommend them for your remodeling needs! The communication was amazing! They sent a schedule upfront of when they would be doing what part of the project, this allowed me to make arrangements for my dogs on painting day, etc. They checked in at the beginning and end of each day and often times throughout day. Whenever I had a question, they responded quickly, even when I text at the end of the workday. We had a small hiccup with flooring when I thought that I had more flooring than I did. They went above and beyond when they helped me track down my discontinued floor and ordered it for me. They also surprised me by replacing a drawer panel that was damaged when I was moving items into the house! I initially chose Lloyd’s because they were the only Company in the area that carried the cabinet line that was installed in my house. So while they were initially, my only choice, they turned out to be the absolute best choice as well. :-) thank you so much Brandon, Will, Lisa and Mike!Posted on Google

Lisa came out and did our initial consultation and then we worked with Brandon and a great team of folks to get everything done! They helped us put up drywall, waterproof, source and install the surround, and made sure everything was sealed up at the end. Everyone was very knowledgeable and super polite and communicative. Brett Burdick8 August 2025Lloyd's removed a built in oven and cooktop from my kitchen to allow for installation of a new range. This was a unique scope of work that was more challenging to obtain quotes for (too small a project for most remodeling companies who want to replace all the cabinets/countertops, too big a project for appliance companies). Leon25 June 2025We are so happy with our new kitchen -- from the design to the completion Lloyd's had it well organized and listened to all of our wants and desires so it turned out exactly as we wanted it. The quote was completely broken down and priced line by line so we could pick out items we could do ourselves and save on the cost. We were always updated if timing or anything changed. The workers who came were efficient, precise, and courteous. Our 5 year old grandson summed it up perfectly -- He said, "I give this kitchen 10 thumbs up" as he raised both hands with his fingers straight up!Posted on Google
Mark17 April 2025Mike and his people were so great to work with. I don't have the biggest home to remodel, but I felt like I was treated like his biggest customer. I wanted to maximize the awkward kitchen space I have and Mike put in extra time laying it out until I was satisfied with the design. As a result, I am extremely pleased with the final product. The quality is fantastic and that extra effort makes the whole kitchen chef friendly and comfortable. They also did a bathroom and bar area. Those were relatively simple compared with the kitchen, but also turned out beautiful. We only had one small adjustment issue and Mike had his guy come fix it right away. Those attentions to detail and customer service really matter to me and made the whole process stress free and a pleasure. Updated review: Recently bought a new house with a half finished job by another contractor that was unresponsive. I had such a great experience with Lloyd's in the past that I called them up to come look at what it would take to finish this one. They did a fantastic job making sure everything was completed and all exactly on schedule as promised. DETAILS! Details are so important and Mike's guys pay attention to those details that are the difference between a professionally finished project and those that leave a laundry list of loose ends. I gave them 5 stars last time, and I'll give them another 5, making a total of 10. Another update: We had a problem with the master bath shower in our 20 year old house. Turns out the original builder didn't attach the plumbing to the shower pan correctly and it's been leaking the whole time. I started cutting into the ceiling below to find the leak and black mold everywhere. I don't mess with that, so I called a disaster remediation company and they promised a complete turn-key job. It turned into a disaster as they didn't manage the contractors they sent, who spent 5 months pointing fingers at each other and the finished work leaked worse than original. I fired them all and placed a call to Mike at Lloyd's. I didn't know they did full bath remodels, having just used them for kitchens in the past. Again, he sent out complete professionals that went right to work. We had to tear out a good deal of the previous work that was sloppy and replace it properly. Again, I stress, PROFESSIONALS make the difference in getting the job done right. In no time at all it was done and better than the original. I should have placed my first call to them and let them manage the necessary remediation sub-contractors instead of the other way around. I'm giving another 5 stars! During every step of this renovation, Lloyd’s kept us advised of what exactly was going on and when it would occur enabling us to live in our own home during this major work. They were always punctual. If any changes came up, they kept us apprised. Lloyd’s personnel and sub-contractor personnel were very careful as our home was updated and definitely made better. Attention was paid to every detail during this endeavor. We recommend Lloyd’s Remodeling and Cabinetry to anyone wanting a professional upgrade and quality work at a fair price. Shannon Peterson19 June 2023I want to say how impressed I am with Lloyd's. From the moment we contacted them, they were friendly and responded in a timely manner. Their showroom was very helpful when determining what we wanted for our cabinets. When the cabinets arrived for our laundry room, the installers were absolutely meticulous in how they installed everything. I have not seen cleaner lines with both cabinets lining up and the caulking used around the sink. It was absolutely gorgeous! We did have a small issue with one cabinet door not being what was ordered, but Lloyd's corrected the issue immediately and even offered to have someone come back and install our hardware once we received them (Lloyd's does have a variety of hardware to choose from, I just previously ordered off line). Everyone we interacted with were very friendly and helpful and I really cannot wait to use them for our kitchen remodel. As far as price and timing...everything is subjective to your expectations. They are not the cheapest, but they did fall within our budget and we did not have a huge budget to work with. The custom order took a little less than 8 weeks. This was fine for us as we had other projects going on and I knew that in order to have something custom made, it was going to take time. I am extremely happy with our decision to work with Lloyd's. They listened to what we wanted, helped us find the best solutions and they were very thorough. There were a couple fixes they made that we didn't even notice or ask for. Honesty is a great trait to find in a contractor that is working on our home. I'd mention all the names but I'd forget someone. Everyone that came to our home was exceptional at their job. yung _wog30 November 2022Let me first say, we searched the city and chose Lloyd's in earnest to support our local businesses. This family owned company made us feel as if we were family as well! They were warm, happy, supportive, helpful and full of great advice. (As any family member would be) Our remodel consisted of a demo to two family rooms, an entryway and split stairway, hallway, lower landing, two bathrooms and a kitchen. They blasted through that in a matter of 2 days and hauled it off by trailer. They communicated clearly and continuously throughout the entire process. The installation was very well orchestrated (despite, weather, illness, vacations and honeymoons). I enjoyed all of the service they provided with their sub-contractors and any inspections were done quickly. Their troubleshooting was efficient and taken seriously. (We have an older home which had several problem areas.) Any modifications or repairs were tackled until we were completely satisfied. They made repairs and adjustments as needed at every request, even when we added on extra work and special requests. They wanted our remodel to be amazing JUST like we did. But most of all, we worked side by side with these contractors over the space of several months and I enjoyed their personalities and work ethic since I got to observe them almost constantly. I run a daycare and preschool out of my home and all of the employees were professional and friendly even with a small audience of curious little faces. I really appreciated that. I know them each by name and feel like this was the absolute best company for our home/work/lifestyle. We cannot express enough, that if you are looking for a remodel, they take you step by step and guide you and their work was absolutely wonderful. Thank you Lloyd's. If anything happened that was unexpected, or needed additional repairs, or rescheduling, they worked with us until all was remedied and finished. We are very happy with the work. I wanted my tiny unusable stainless steel double sink switched out for a big farmhouse style sink in my kitchen, without replacing my existing granite counters or cabinets! A huge ask and Lloyds delivered!! They rebuilt the cabinet below the old kitchen sink to accommodate the new sink and match all my other cabinets perfectly. Troy Bailey20 April 2022Blaine & Trish Bailey Lloyds Remodeling & Cabinetry did an amazing job remodeling our home. They went above and beyond to make sure our home looked incredible. We wanted a contractor who could do everything beginning with the design to completing every aspect of work required to complete the project. After listening to our concerns, wants and needs they provided us a detailed design and schedule for completing the work. After our approval they coordinated all the work required (demolition, wall repairs and painting, hardwood floors and baseboards, lighting, cabinets, backsplash, countertops, doors and casings). As the work progressed they were very considerate of our living conditions as we had to stay in our home during the remodel. They moved all our furniture and major appliances into our garage and then moved them back when the work was completed. They coordinated the work so we could use our appliances (washer and dryer) as long as we could before they had to be moved. During the work they were very understanding and receptive to additional changes or suggestions. It was our experience that Lloyds was friendly, honest, responsive and dedicated to making our experience as enjoyable as possible. Lamar Higbee18 April 2022Before going to Lloyd's Remodeling and Cabinetry we had done some looking around and thought we had found someone to do the remodeling of the bathroom, laundry room and master bathroom. One company we contacted wanted to do a high end and expensive remodel. Then we went to Lloyd's they were very accommodating with what we wanted to do. We got a bid that we felt very good about and refined some points in the bid. Lloyd's was very helpful and listen to our needs. We wanted to go with a local business to do our remodeling. We were so glad with what we saw and scheduling wasn't too bad with some shortages and cost of lumber prices going up. We picked out cabinets, countertops, paint colors, flooring, and tile for the bathroom. The construction went very well. We liked the professional subcontractors that worked in our home. All of them had great craftmanship skills and took pride in what they did. Most of the time they were using a schedule to do their very best and not waste time. The skill and trade that these gentleman shows in the end results of our beautiful newly remodeled bathrooms and laundry room. We love showing it off.Posted on Google

Jo Tz3 October 2020Five MASSIVE gold stars for Lloyd's job on my kitchen remodel!! Holy cow!! I need a moment to collect my thoughts and emotions before I write this. First of all, spoiler alert, the finished product looks fabulous. I live in home built in the '50s, and there is not a single right angle in the old girl. Yet somehow all the cabinets look just right. The new island looks just right. The colors look just right. I'm so happy!! The previous owner had installed a kitchen bar the size of a pontoon boat in my wee 800 sq ft home and, while it was a fun conversation piece at parties, I had other kitchen dreams. My goals were just to gut everything and replace it with pleasant, tasteful, room-brightening cabinetry and counters. Lloyd's executed the whole thing flawlessly, and in just 2 months (big box stores which will remain nameless had quoted me up to 23 weeks just for cabinet delivery). They were also competitively priced with said big box stores. Second, the customer service was impeccable. I was in the showroom a month before I ordered, going back and forth on design iterations with Michael, who is completely delightful. Since I live close by I was a full-on nuisance, dropping in every few days to ask about measurements or layout. Michael's design was perfect for my small space, and his suggestions were all super helpful. More importantly, he's a guy with solutions, and my poor old crotchety home didn't defeat him with her quirky measurements. Lastly, Michael and his team were SO responsive and accommodating to my random scheduling hiccups (I was managing several other corresponding projects, like plumbing, electric, and hvac), and they were always quick to address and resolve any issues. My first kitchen remodel could have been the headache of my life, and instead Lloyd's made it fun and practically stress-free, at least for cabinet and counter installation! I will ABSOLUTELY be back to request their awesome services on other house projects :-D (PS: I've posted before/after pics to this review. Diana Bell2 January 2020Lloyd’s Cabinetry and Countertops completed an extensive remodel for our family home in November and December of 2019, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Michael Lloyd is a dedicated professional who excels at communication. He made the entire process fun and stress-free. I am happy to recommend Mike and his entire team to anyone seeking a contractor. From the time I first met Mike in August during the bidding process, I was immediately impressed by his attention to detail. While other contractors took a quick glance around the property, Mike gathered exact measurements of the entire space and took his time in talking with me. Mike presented us with 3D renderings of our project’s final appearance and supplied us with a detailed bid which remained essentially unchanged from start to finish. We awarded Lloyd’s the project in October of 2019 and Mike had everything quickly in place. He supplied us with a day-by-day calendar for what work would be performed each day and continued to communicate with us each day. Our remodel was extensive - the removal of a wall between the kitchen and living room and a complete remodel of those two rooms - but Mike’s team worked quickly and efficiently to see the project to its completion within six weeks. Even our neighbors remarked how impressed they were to see workers at our house by 7:30 most mornings; no days were wasted and the work was done in such a manner that we were able to remain living in our home during this entire process. Though I was warned by friends that demolition and drywall would be messy, I was happily surprised to see our home left in a clean and livable state at the end of each day. Mike’s attention to detail is evidenced through the numerous emails, texts, and face-to-face meetings we had with him about all of decisions necessitated by our renovation. From cabinet layout, to mantel design, to fireplace door selection… Mike was there every step of the way with options and recommendations. We wanted to give a ‘shout out’ and let people know that we were very impressed with the remodel that Lloyd’s remodeling and cabinetry recently did for us.
The work included:
-Raising a section of ceiling
-HVAC changes to accommodate a new kitchen design and other changes
-Plumbing
-Electrical including adding recessed lighting
-Painting the entire main floor
-Putting in engineered wood floors, staining and sealing it.
-Designing and completing a new kitchen with new countertops, backsplash, cabinets, outlets and lights, sink etc. Of special note is that the backsplash has a pattern and that pattern was bent around the two corners – outstanding detailing!
-Removing a section of dry wall and replacing it with better insulation
Lloyd’s staff were always available in person at their business and were prompt to replay to text messages. The project manager was in touch with us either in person or by phone each work day. He was here each morning to ensure the work was completed right.
At the beginning of the project we were told that our project would take 8 weeks and we were given a schedule of what would be done at our house each day of the eight weeks — AND the project was completed ON TIME!
Lloyd’s does all interior remodeling, including finishing basements. We definitely recommend Lloyd’s and plan on using them for our next project.
